 Chiranjeevi has ducked a major challenged posed by a congress minister. When he was asked if he was ready for a debate on development issues, Chiranjeevi said that he was very ‘busy’ and hence did not have time for debates and challenges. Chiranjeevi said that he had a lot of work do and hence he was not in a position to set aside any time for such things. His aides will deal with such issues, said Chiranjeevi Related StoriesChiru-ducks-Ponnala-challenge  Minister for Irrigation Ponnala challenged the PRP chief Chiranjeevi for a open debate on his comments of corruption in irrigation projects. Ponnala said that he had invited the TDP for an open debate on this issue several times and they could not prove any irregularities. Ponnala said that he was ready to debate the issue at any place and any time convenient to Chiranjeevi. But Chiranjevi did not bite the bait. He said that he was not qualified to debate with Ponnala and hence would like to depute someone lik more Lagadapati’s-challenge-to-TRS  Lagadapati Rajagopal is now posing a big challenge to the TRS. He was upset the way the TRS opposed his proposed deeksha in Hyderabad as soon as he came from Delhi. The way the TRS leaders kept on giving provoking and inflammatory statements Lagadapati and others with their comments that they will not allow anyone from Andhra and Rayalaseema to come to Hyderabad for treatment or any deeksha seems to be the primary reason for Rajagopal to take up the challenge. It is now obvious that Lagadapati has won the challenge and done it in style. He has proved his point. It is now up to the more Chiru-ducks-many-issues-at-press-meet-  Megastar Chiranjeevi made a speech lasting for about 10 minutes and explained the reasons behind his decision to enter politics. Chiranjevi was clad in a white kurtha and pyjama. He looked relaxed and cheerful and did not panic at some of the serious questions that were put by the media persons. Chranjeevi did not take on the TDP or the Congress and gave evasive replies when it came to the need to entertain people from other parties into his party. As one watches the promos of K.C. Bokadia's The Challenge, one gets a strong feeling that the voice one hears for Sunny Deol is not his own. The positive response he received from the large gatherings creates a new mood of happiness and provoked him to do “Thodagotti Meesam meleasi” as in his successful film ‘Indra’ style, as if to challenge YSR. Ever since Chiranjeevi launched his Praja Rajyam Party, the state congress party leaders are on attacking more Chiru’s-‘Secret-plan’!  Megastar Chiranjeevi is now facing a big challenge to his fledgling party. The challenge is in the form of party symbol. With the EC ruling out allotting a reserve symbol for the Praja Rajyam, the party leaders have once aging approached the High Court seeking its intervention in getting a reserved symbol. The PRP is now ready to settle for a uniform symbol. But even this may not give it complete relief as the EC will give a different symbol for the assembly and Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, s more Srikanth-gives-shock-to-Chiru!  Hero Srikanth has always said that he was the brother of Chiranjeevi. He used to address Chiru as ‘Annayya’. Even Chiru treated him like his younger brother. So when Chiru launched his political party, everyone felt that Srikanth would be one of the first to join him. But even after three months there is no sign of Srikanth joining the PRP. In what can be termed as a big shock to Chiru, the news doing the rounds everywhere is that Srikanth is now actually trying to join the Congress! When Chiru hear more DS-faces-biggest-challenge The newly appointed PCC chief D Srinivas is now bracing up to face what could be the biggest challenge in his political life so far. He now has to plan the strategy to counter the TRS blitzkrieg over the issue of separate Telangana. The EC has announced the dates for the by polls today. The biggest challenge before D Srinivas is about how to proceed. He will have a tough time in the selection of candidates too. Many senior congress leaders from Telangana like Venkatawamy and MSR are of the opinion that the congress should not field any candidates but leave the filed open to the TRS. The by polls are like a mini general elections. They will give a clear indication about which way the wind is blowing and could lead to po more CBN-watches-Chiru-Pressmeet CBN scheduled a pressmeet at 12:30 PM to inform about his Mee Kosam yatra which completed 116 days. However he finally decided to cancel it after noticing Chiru press meet is at 2:30 PM. He thought its of no use for him to discuss about Mee Kosam yatra before Chiru’s press meet as media will highlight Chiru’s pressmeet than to his Mee Kosam Yatra. The direct attack on Chiranjeevi by Y Jagan and his father YS Rajashekar Reddy seems to have rattled the actor very much. Chiru, who is now embarking on his third phase of praja ankita yatra has now decided to reply to the charges in the same vein. Chiru’s tour schedule announced earlier does not include Pulivendula, the constituency of chief minister YS Rajashekar Reddy. But the PRP has made changes so that Chiru can cover Pulivendula too.
